Role

In this product, there is a dedicated Product Team that will design this application. Product Owner is assigned to create product requirements for features based on user needs, UX Designer is tasked with translating product requirements into a user flow and wireframe (if needed). UI Designer is tasked with creating attractive mockups and based on the user flow that has been described previously using the existing design system. Then there is a UX Writer whose job is to fill in the language text content.

Challenge

In designing this product, our team was faced with the ever-changing dynamics of the product. Changes in decisions and conditions of different target users make frequent changes to previously defined requirements. This product was created to make it easier for users to integrate their data with the data contained in SATUSEHAT. With the dynamics of the product, it is not uncommon for the product team to have to change the design that has been made to suit user needs.

Here we finally as a product team took the initiative to hold a Daily Standup every day. Daily Standup is conducted at 10 am to find out the individuals of each product team whether they are busy on other projects or have problem in the design process. If there are problem, then we will regroup or discuss to discuss the perceived problem. For this reason, in the sprint planning process, it is not uncommon for our product team to do co-creation also regarding the requirements that have been made in order to minimise the obstacles that will be faced during the sprint process, although sometimes problems can also arise during the design process because there are cases that are not being considered when doing co-creation.
