Project Overview
Ngajarin project focuses on developing a platform as integrative media for workers/non-workers to get Opportunities to seek more experience through activities teaching volunteers who can contribute to the improvement of the quality of education and volunteer experience to improve the quality of their work.
Role
Our team consists of four individuals with different role. There are Project Manager, Finance Analyst, Market Analyst, and Designer. However, we have also worked collaboratively on creating sitemaps and wireframing, which involves creating a visual representation of the website’s structure and layout. These are important steps in the design process as they help to ensure that the final product is user-friendly and intuitive for our target audience.
Challenge
We faced challenges due to limited team members and starting from scratch, so we divided tasks evenly among team members. However, we still faced challenges with time management due to a short project timeline and team members' other commitments. To overcome these challenges, we had to be efficient with our time to meet deadlines and deliver a high-quality product.
